#ArtDoesNotDiscrimate      #Creativity4Change

Core Values

Inclusivity & Diversity: Ensuring all youth voices, especially marginalized ones, are heard and represented.

Creativity & Expression: Using the arts as a medium for advocacy and storytelling.

Community & Collaboration: Working together with various stakeholders to fuel and drive change

Empowerment & Representation: Elevating the narratives of minority groups and underserved communities.

Sustainability & Impact: Creating lasting solutions for social change.

Our Approach

EQC’s approach is unique because it intersects identity, art, and environmentalism, addressing systemic challenges holistically. We blend creativity with advocacy (artivism) to shift culture, fight bias, and grow resilience.

By the youth, for the youth.

What We Do

History

Founded in 2023, EQC began as a small group of diverse artists tired of silence and discriminatory oppression. Today, we’re a growing force for social justice in Ghana, driven by a vision: a world where no one is left behind.

We’re a vibrant collective of young creatives and unconventional thinkers in Ghana, utilizing art, activism, and community to shape narratives and transform societies.

Our mission? To create inclusive safe spaces where diverse individuals and marginalized voices can thrive, express themselves freely, and drive social change.
